Delivery

Delivery takes place the next day after payment has been confirmed. So if the payment is made today, you can receive the puppy tomorrow evening. When I make the registration for the delivery, I will give you the tracking number and all the necessary shipping details you need to receive the puppy.

Shipping

Shipping and then delivering your puppy to your address has never been easier. Your puppy will travel in a climate-controlled pet area in airline-approved transportation. In advance, you will receive a flight number, arrival time and a reference number identifying your puppy. We can also make all the arrangements for your puppy to be delivered to your home, or you can collect your puppy at the airport, just as if you were collecting a person & you will need a reference/flight ticket number. Whatever is most convenient for you and the puppy, we will endeavor to make it happen. Shipping is completely safe and stress free for the puppy. You will usually receive the puppy within 24 hours the same day after shipping, depending on your location. Puppies on airplanes are as safe as you or I flying. I have been shipping dogs for more than 11 years. I always try to ship puppies and adult dogs directly without a stopover. In my experience and opinion, my puppies are very comfortable and the new owners tell me that their new puppy arrived happy and not stressed at all.

We ship our puppies with airlines because it is the fastest and safest way to transport our puppies from us to you, especially if you live far away or in another state. Our puppies are shipped in an airline-approved plastic kennel, which we customize depending on the weight of the puppy, the distance or duration of the trip. They travel in a special air-conditioned and pressurized compartment on the plane that is no different from the cabin. They are not in the same compartment as the passengers’ luggage.

Our transport crates are clearly marked with colorful stickers “LIVE ANIMALS” and “UP”. We clearly mark the crates with the destination airport, confirmation number, phone number and address of the customer. If we know that a puppy is to be transported, we play with it in the crate before transportation so that it gets used to the crate. They have never shown any fear of the crate. We put lots of food and plenty of water in the crate. The water provides the necessary moisture that the puppies need during transportation. One reason for this is that in the unlikely event that the puppy is stuck overnight at an airport (due to problems with the connecting flight), we don’t have to worry about whether it has enough to eat or drink. Although traveling is not that stressful for them, we don’t want them to spend any more time in transit than absolutely necessary. For this reason, we also look for the shortest route and always book direct flights where possible.

We check the weather conditions at the receiving location and only ship if we think it is safe. We put the health of our puppies above all other considerations and will not ship if we believe it could be dangerous to the puppies’ welfare. We normally ship Monday through Saturday. We guarantee a safe and healthy arrival of your puppy. We do not ship if we think the weather conditions are dangerous for the puppy. Your puppy may need a few days to get used to its new home. Sometimes it takes a day or two for him to settle in, but most people tell us that he gets out of the carrier right away and feels right at home.

Nanny shipping

We can also deliver your new puppy DIRECTLY into your arms!!! We have reliable airline nannies who will fly directly to you with your puppy. This is the safest, most reliable and least stressful way to get your new puppy to you. A puppy nanny will take your puppy out of boredom and can give them the attention they need. We want the best possible care for your puppy!

Duty of care:

All puppies are flown with ice water, bedding and food attached to the crate if needed. Shipping varies, but we prefer American, United or Continental Airlines. They are very pet friendly and have new planes with special compartments for kittens, puppies, birds, insects, etc.

Health certificate:

These are required for all pets traveling by plane. This is to ensure that all pets have no more than one ride. All airlines require this certificate. YES, it is mandatory.

Please wait for your puppy at home or at the airport at the specified time. Generally, the puppy will be available 1 hour after the flight arrival time and a valid ID such as a driver’s license is required for pick-up. We are happy when the puppy has arrived safely at your home. So please give us a call or send us an e-mail as soon as you have the opportunity to do so. Don’t forget to take your puppy to your vet for a regular health check-up within 48 hours of arrival. We will call you again 24 hours after receiving your puppy to make sure everything is perfect, to answer any questions you may have and to check your satisfaction. See our shipping boxes below
